Slate Wine Bar at 2404 Wisconsin Ave NW has re-opened as of 2/28/20 after an eight-month renovation of the existing space and the addition of Xiquet, a paella restaurant, upstairs. Slate has an expanded bar area and an updated menu. Xiquet, which will showcase Valencia cuisine with paella as a highlight, is taking reservations now for seatings starting March 5th. The restaurants will be open Tuesday-Saturday, and closed Sunday and Monday.
