2017 update of the DC Health Department restaurant inspections originally posted back in September. The inspections website often goes down, so if links do not work, check back later.

Here is a summary of 2016 DC Health Department inspections and filings on our Glover Park restaurants and other food service providers. Sometimes these reports sound worse than they are, but it is informative to follow who gets long lists of certain violations of concern. The Health Department keeps historical documents available to the public. Most violations do not result in business closings, and typically violations are addressed and reinspected rather quickly. Not all restaurants have had inspections in 2016 as licenses are issued every 2 years, though DCDOH may initiate a surprise inspection in response to a complaint.
