KEEN Greater D.C. (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) provides free programs for kids and young adults with developmental disabilities to enjoy sports through non-competitive activities. Volunteers are paired up one-to-one with a KEEN athlete and assist them through fun solo and group games. Our volunteers range from high school age to those young at heart. Many of our high school volunteers use KEEN to fulfill their community service hours.

No experience is necessary! (Training is provided on-site) You just need a fun attitude and an interest in being a positive influence in the lives of these special athletes.
