I just saw a lost dog on the alley right south of W street that runs adjacent to the woods, between 38th and 40th st. It was medium sized, brown and white, with a pink harness. It did have tags but I couldn't get close enough to look at them. I did not have my phone since I was out on a run. Lots of people saw the dog but no one else seemed to care! It ran off into the woods.
